Arizona Race & Machine Company Policy & Terms  

 Note:   It is understood that Arizona Race & Machine is here after referred to as “AZRACE”.

Sales:    All sales are made in good faith and we allow our customers a thirty (30) day return period where products may be returned in new, resalable condition for a full refund less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.   All shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer.   Any damage caused by shipping is the responsibility of the Freight Carrier.   Please inspect your shipment and if there is evidence of damage report it in writing in the presence of the delivery person, and file a claim with the Freight Carrier.  

Payment:   All payments must be in US Dollars.   We accept most Credit Cards, Money Orders, Certified and Cashiers Checks, Wire Transfers, and PayPal.   We do not recommend payment by personal check as this will delay your shipment for fifteen (15) business days from the day of deposit.   We accept C.O.D. payments from verified business customers only.   All Arizona residents are subject to Arizona sales tax.   To prevent Credit Card fraud ,  we will only ship to the name and address that matches the name and address of the Credit Card holder as filed and verified by AZRACE with the issuing Bank.   We also require a daytime telephone number enabling AZRACE to contact you in the event of a problem with your credit card order.

Limited Warranty:   AZRACE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the period that the original purchaser owns the product.   This warranty does not cover or include damage to the product   caused by modification, abuse, misuse, improper installation, use of excessive force, and collision damage.  Incidental and consequential damages caused by the use of our products are not covered by this warranty as applicable by law.    Warranty items must be returned to AZRACE in accordance with our return policy, with all shipping costs paid by the customer.   Return items will be inspected by AZRACE and if found defective will be replaced or repaired at the option of AZRACE within thirty (30) days from receipt.   All shipping and handling charges related to warranty returns and claims are the responsibility of the customer.   No other warranty expressed or implied is given as applicable by law.

Returns/Exchanges:   To return an item, customers must contact AZRACE and obtain an RMA number.   If you find our Company Policy and Terms unacceptable, you may return your order within ten (10) days of delivery and receive a full refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.   All   shipping costs incurred for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer.   In the event that AZRACE ships an order incorrectly, we will make arrangements with the customer to return the item and ship the correct item at the expense of AZRACE by UPS ground service.

Disclaimer:   Our products are designed and manufactured for high-performance off-road use.   The purchaser agrees that the manufacturer will not be held responsible for damages or injury due to use or misuse of these products.   By purchasing any items from AZRACE, you the customer are declaring to hold AZRACE free from any and all responsibility and liability of any damage, accident, or injury caused directly or indirectly by a product purchased from AZRACE.
